Late Policy:

We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time this doesn’t mean you will get in earlier, but ensures you have time to park and find the callbox to wait until Staci has finished up with her previous client, as well as ample time and prepare for you. All brows appointments are allocated a 10 minute grace period to be inside the studio not parking at 10 minutes after (parking 10 minutes late means you’re going to be 15-20 minutes late to arriving inside the studio and you will be charged and turned away) When booking services at Ink'd Ink, your appointment is scheduled with Staci whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late outside the grace period it is considered a same day cancellation as this will overlap into another clients time and this is not the experience we strive for here at ink'd ink llc.

Cancellation Policy:

Ink'd Ink. understands that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We ask that you give us a fair warning of 24-48 hours. You will be emailed or texted the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and us here at Ink'd Ink, it is our company policy for all clients to give 24-48-hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of deposit for the scheduled treatment. Members that fail to show for their appointments will forfeit their missed appointment, and will no longer be allowed to book until their balance is paid. Two or more last minute reschedules/late/same day cancellations can result in you being terminated as a client even if you’re full balance is paid. We also understand that clients get sick or have sick children and this can be an emergency. 

If you do not call or text and do not show up, you will be charged for the entire appointment and immediate termination as a client.

Please DO NOT come in sick as it can be transmitted to weaker immune systems even if just a cold. Please reschedule as soon as you feel sick.

Refund Policy:

we are sorry but we do not accept refunds on any services.

we do not accept refunds on gift certificates.

We appreciate your understanding.
